Meet The Team
HR is a broad field that can be broken down into different segments. As a group, we have put together this website to educate others on training and development. We have chosen to go into further detailed research, and particularly focus on Retail - customer service. We compared and contrasted the examples of various large firm retailers such as Wal-Mart into our work for a better understanding.
Jenna Byrne

Jenna is a first year student at York University, enrolled in the Bachelor of Human Resource Management program. She is from Ottawa, ON and is passionate about the topic and and hopes to develop many skills in her next four years so that she can branch out in the HR field and help people in the workplace.
Ashley Charbonneau

Ashley is a fourth year student at York University, enrolled in the Honours Bachelor of Humanities program. Ashley is from Brampton, ON and believes training and development is fundamental to any organizations success.
Karissa Greer
Karissa is a fourth year student at York University, enrolled in the Honours Bachelor of Humanities program. She is from Oshawa, ON and plans on taking a HR Graduate Certificate at Durham College next year. She strives to find new and improved ways to train employees.
